hmm okay...
Boy George
Wham
Donna Summer
The Bay City Rollers
I'm still a huge 80's fan when it comes to music. That and Shania Twain.

None! But I am always extremely picky in selecting music in the first place, so that is the explanation.
By the time a friend of mine has acquired 10 CDs, I am lucky if I have just one. But I make certain that it is perfect for me.

Interesting remark Paul. My music choice always consisted of things no one seemed to listen to (if we make an exception for "the Doors").
And then you have always the people who know only 1 or 2 songs, and judge the band by that.

Actually I did like Gary Newman and PIL, I'd still listen to them because their music was a bit out there. I didn't know anyone else who was into this stuff except for a few close friends. Everyone else was listening to ACDC, yeck.

roxette and van halen! Love those bands! don't feel bad Paul, my daughter, who is 13, listens to my 80's music and loves it. I think she's the only kid her age who knows the words to Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield. LOL!

Odd thing....during the 80's....I never listened to secular music and don't have a clue who was singing what. Even now, I'm not a huge music buff. Sometimes, when I'm drinking a beer, I'll listen to music (if I think about it) ..but usually I don't. I rarely know one group from another.
My son likes heavy metal, my daughter prefers opera....and I really don't care either way.
