1. Avoid alcohol (or at least, limit your drinking)!

I figured those 'no hangover' pills were just some cheap a$$ed speed or something similary. Never knew they really worked.

Hang over pills? No these aren't hang over pills. I can't remember what these were called - but they replaced the seratonin in your brain.

As for the hang over pills - I've never used them, but I know a few people that swear by them actually. I don't know how they work though, as hangovers are brought on by dehydration.

Lipton Lemon flavored Ice Tea is the best remedy ever...with a couple of Tylenol.

tylenol = BAD for hangovers. stick with asprin, it won't mess up your liver (more than it already is lol)

I read that this week about Tylenol messing up your liver. And I was SOOOO relieved....cause if I get liver failure from too much alcohol....I was just gonna blame the Tylenol.
