Renting U-Hauls

Ya I saw that report. It's funny that all U-Hauls tested in this report failed. The problem is that U-Haul allows virtually anyone to rent their vehicles to the general public. How can you possibly hope to police maintenance if you are allowing noncredible businesses to re-sell your services?
If you ask me, change has to start at the top. If they do nothing then they simply shouldn't be allowed to do business in Canada. I can tell you that I'll certainly never rent a U-Haul after seeing this story. If I ever drive next to a U-Haul I'll be sure to get as far away from it as I possibly can as well.
