music downloading tool

Does anyone know of a better tool then Kaaza to download music and programs? Kaaza just isn't as good as it used to be for downloading things. not much in there to choose from and lots of viruses and dead programs. I've taken it off my computer and refuse to re-install it.

I asked Sn00py and he said he goes thru several steps which are complicated and surely someone else would have a better website. If not, he will try to list them tomorrow.

YES.....stay off of Kaaza....it screwed up the kid's computers more than once.

I've used kaaza for years. i never left it running but the spywear that comes from it is horrible! there has to be a better program out there for downloads.

I'll try and get you some links.

The music industry is purposely putting corrupted music files online for people to download and share because all the lawsuits can't stop people from file sharing. The problem is that too many people are too stupid to actually delete the bad files which is why they keep getting shared.

Bit torrent is the tool I use and I'll see if I can find you a good link.

I'm downloading movies right now using shareaza and it seems to be real good. I like it so far. but more links would be great so i can compare them to one another.

i always delete the bad files. why people don't is beyond me

I think many people don't actually check their files regularily enough.

I've forwarded Star's great link on free movies. That's a good deal for people who can easily watch a movie from their puter. I rarely watch a movie unless I'm laying on the couch...cause I'm LAZY! LOL!
