I'm not a big pickle eater anyway....but the kids are. I bet when flowered and fried....they would taste a little like fried eggplant...which I DO like. I'll give it a try and let you guys know how they taste.

Now that Strawberry Pizza on there sounded yummy. This is a good season for it too since fresh strawberried are dirt cheap this time of the year.

It did sound very yummy! strawberries aren't in season here yet but they will be soon. I think in may/june for us.

I make an awesome strawberry pie. it's so easy to make.

graham cracker crust
custard
strawberries
strawberry glaze

put the custard in the crust, top the pie with sliced strawberries and glaze them with a strawberry glaze. YUMMY! Everyone always begs me to make that pie. It's a refreshing thing to eat on a hot summer day.

Best part is that you can use nay fresh fruit to make it with.
