Flowers and Grass

After finding it sort of hard to get back to sleep I finally did and had this dream. Some background first. I used to hang out at my wonderful cousin's place a lot when I was a kid, the only place I seemed to find solace.

Last night I dreamt that I was cutting the grass around the flowers on one side of the house that was in shadow. I came across a desolate patch that only had three separate blades of grass that I needed to pull out; I don't remember if I actually did. It was under a huge tree. Someone was there asking me if it was the right time of year to plant and I said it was too early though it seemed like it was this time of year. I turned to my husband and talked about the wonderful cucumber patch we had the one year; I hasten to add that I LOVE cucumbers. Then next thing I know I was on the other side of the house where it was brighter and the grass was as tall as the flowers, some I recognized, others seemed weird, is the only word I can think of, I'd never seen them before but recognized them as flowers. Just as I went to cut the grass with scissors I woke up...I did wak up feeling at peace as that house always did give me peace and a place to go to when things at home were crazy....

That is quite a peaceful dream. Wish I could remember mine. I am usually awake half the night so maybe that is why.

I think that dream showed me that I am back on the road to peacefulness...I sure hope so! If I could only remember to accept the negativity at work, there will always be that; IT is what it is! I should keep saying that to myself....I should just continue to love my job and the Company and just put my earplugs a little farther in....
