What would you do if ...
your adult child was dating someone underage? Mostly applies to adult boy and underage girl.

Reasoning. Even moreso when the adult son / daughter is not living at home, but is at college.

He is at college and she is here. I am worried but he won't listen to me. Plus he keeps coming home on weekends. I need him to stay at school.

How much under-age is she? Will she come of age soon? Hopefully??

She is 14 going to be 15 in October. The age of consent here is 16. He says they aren't doing anything but it doesn't matter if her parents decide to press the issue.

Re: What would you do if ...
I remember a guy from Georgia sentenced to doing 10 years, just because whatever he did (apparently consensual) was illegal. The law has since changed, and would allow for a mere 2 year in jail.
And the accusation itself can ruin you, even if you are found innocent. And who is to tell that she will not be vengeful, if things don't work out??
Are the other parents aware?

Yes they are. They are the one's who scare me the most. I know the laws and if he were ever convicted of anything with her he would be labeled a predator and have to register everywhere he went.

Re: What would you do if ...
Yikes. If you could, you would undoubtedly veto it. But that is sadly not an option.
The best thing is to give him a training on the law, possibly with a few nasty examples, how "consensual" or even "non-existent" sex landed a guy in jail, just because he was accused.
Even if he is found innocent of anything, his life will be destroyed. The public makes it mind up, independent of the jury & judge.
Is that really worth it? Does he really think he is "mature", and is in control?

If I could I would veto it. I have informed him of the law but he says he knows what he is doing and to stay out of his love life. I just keep praying that it ends soon.

Not much you can do then.
