Did you or are you involved in any extracurricular school activities....such as band, clubs, sports? How much did or does this help you enjoy school more, make new friends or prepare(d) you for the future?

Does it make you feel better about yourself?

I played tennis and was on the tennis team. Loved it immensly and felt important and needed.

I wish my parents would have made it out to one tournament or even accompanied me to a practice at least once.

I was a Cheerleader for several years, in drama and was on a Speach team.

Cheerleading tought me how to be a team player, speach gave me confidence and drama gave me insight on how to act my way out of things. :wink:

Example- " Officer I really had no Idea I was speeding" ( angelic look)

I was the President of the Young Republicans Club......hahahaha! YEPPERS.....even THEN!

This is kinda funny....when I was a little girl I was a complete neat freak...much like I still am. As I sat on my Dad's knee.... told me that the Republicans always picked up their paper at their conventions ....but the Democrats threw their stuff all over the floor.

I made my mind up at an early age and have never veered from it!
