Had enough of how some of the workers treat me...
where I volunteer. This has been going for a yr (been there for almost 2 1/2 yrs now altogether) now ever since because I wasn't doing what I purpose be doing at that time. Do understand, but I feel that they treat me like I'm only there to do work which I'm, but feel that they act like how they treat me and of course they don't even get into trouble. Have tried to talking to them or higher ups about how I feel the way I'm treated at the time, but anyway that didn't work out. Also, there was a BA just let it happen to me (think that just go with the flow no matter what) and she has son whos has down syndrome. Last fri was her last day there. She got a part time job at the hospital off site clinic, well one of them anyway.

Yes, but I just put up with it. Basically, I'm only there that comes on a regularly basis and the others are way much older then me as well. They do need me because for the clerical part of the department. Thank you.

I'm surprised that older people treat you badly; you would think they would know better! It's a shame you have to put up with it...life is too short to have to live like that! Is there any way in kindness tell them how you feel when you are treated like that?
