That I actually knew. Dutch parliament also has a Speaker with a similar function, though he speaks to announce who is speaking, and structure the debate a bit. He is not allowed to contribute to the debate either. A bit more than the "Order! Order!" the Speaker in the UK has to shout.

BTW, England does not have a parliament. It is the United Kingdom.

I thought the record was 70. By the same woman. If I am not mistaken she was from Russia, somewhere in Siberia I think. Poor damsel, probably did not even have a nanny.

i knew that statue thing and the men sex thing, i wish i was a paorah sounds like it was a fun job...except for naming the kids.
