Any woman can be sexually assaulted, but the risk for females who are young, poor, disabled or otherwise vulnerable.
Shockingly, 90% of disabled women are sexually assaulted at some time in their lives!

I think part of the problem is legal blindness. Conviction rates for sexual assault, rape etc. are also shockingly low.
