After Star posted about her younger daughter having adolescent issues and the fear in Star that her daughter could be in danger at such a young age I thought I would share this video I received a month or so ago. It shows how easy it is for someone to spike a drink with drugs. Please share with your daughters if you have any and your sons. They too should be aware of the less than human people out there.

I had that happen to me when i was 15 only i didn't get raped (thank god!). a guy friend of mine (thought he was a friend at that ime) put some drug into my beer bottle. i ended up falling on a piece of wood that had a rusted nail sticking out of it and it went through my knee. i went to the hospital and they thought i was on drugs. i told them i didn't do drugs, only had not even a whole beer. they didn't believe me. felt like i drank a case. needless to say when i saw him at school on the monday, i punched him in the face, told him where to go and made sure everyone knew what he did. he ended up leaving that school. loser!

i've educated both my girls about this. kass knows to keep her drink with her at all times and to cver it up with her hand. what more can you do to stop it? it is very scary. why some guys thinks that cool to do to a girl is beyond me. why would they want to have sex with a girl that doesn't know what's going on? i'll never get that.

no means no. that's something that my first didn't comprehend. no to him meant yes. left him that very same night.

You will need Quick time or Windows Media player to see it or something else that can view mpg files. I sent it to my daughter who is away at school. She isn't old enough to go to bars but that doesn't mean it still couldn't happen at a party. Fortunately she has a very nice boyfriend and she is with him 90% of the time I think.

I've never thought to talk to my daughter about this but now I will.

its worth telling people how easy it can happen. and it really is anywhere any time. and the worse part is they would do it infront of anyone if they think they can get away with it. police, parents, teachers, a club with 3000+ people in it....its all too easy.
