Main Category, sub-Category or Issue?

Please vote for one of the above and add your thoughts on why you feel it should be a Main Category, sub-Category or Issue? This is extremely important as it will go a long way toward helping configure the final resource.

Also, should we loosely define Abuse at this level or wait until it gets more specific such as alcohol, spousal, child, etc?

I feel abuse should be a main category given the fact there are many types of abuse which will be narrowed down more in the sub-categories.

Completely agree. There are many types of abuse. There are many consequences of abuse. Hence I voted main category.
