I agree 110% that's why I am so pissed. My son is and has been VERY ill, I've had to bring him to work with me, I've had to make phone calls sitting next to a hospital bed, and knowing I have a job I ALWAYS had a back up sitter or plan. but she didn't and she sat home with her faimly so if that's what she wants to do fine, but she isn't getting any more loans form me or favores especially if I can't count on her.
My bigest pet peve is unreliable people, If you can't do something simply don't commit.
