If he DOES NOT pay his child support....it should keep him from being able to get credit....and in some cases...not be able get a job.
There needs to be a public record showing those who pay and those who don't. The Credit Burea is a great one.

I suppose the "problem" here would be the fathers that DO pay.
1st- my son's father sends $ on his own. We have no court agreement- he just *gasp* PAYS TO SUPPORT HIS CHILD!

He would not benefit from this system.
2nd- there should be a positive reflection on credit scores for guys that DO pay (if there is a negative for non payment) - the mothers (or other primary caregivers) would receive no such benefit.
