ive had a great day!
all thanks to fireblade, i had a bad "episode" over the weekend, and bouncing back from that normally proves quite difficult, but fb was steps ahead and he stayed up well over 24 hours for me (i did finally pursuade him to go to bed) and kept me going all day, i got lots done too, i got my banking done, and sorted out a problem with work (coz i havent been for 2 months now) and a friend how went to hospital is out today and then i came home and fb woke up, and now im set to play some games before i go to sleep.
i am the luckiest person alive
