It's why we love pets- they are role models in simplicity. Watching a puppy chase its tail will relax you b/c it forces you to enjoy the simple moments of life. You can't make a mental To Do list when you are riding off on a horse. You just have to BE- and there is happiness in every moment of life b/c all we have to do is BE. Everything else is static and complications we create.
