She's 15.

IMHO, the other photo with the bare back is too much or too far for a girl that age... especially with so many younger girls arcross the globe looking up to her as they do. (Of which one would be my 7 year old daughter.)

I really feel that her father shouldn't have allowed such a picture to ever even happen. There is absolutely no reason that a 15 year old girl should have her top off for ANY picture, regardless of having a blanket/sheet/whatever covering her front or not. He should've stepped in and said: HELL NO.

I'm disappointed in them both.
