That takes a LOT of courage and I SO admire you for that!! We have so many people in the wonderful Company I work for that complain so much, but yet won't do anything about it; makes for such a overwhelmingly negative environment. As I've said elsewhere, I have no problem doing what is best for me.
I htink it's sad and stupid when people stay at a place where they are so unhappy. It's not good for the working environment.
