Frankly, it would really depend on the alternative.
This makes the question a much more complicated one: It has a very big GREY AREA, far beyond the Binary answers: Yes or No.
For example, What if someone would rather NOT have sex? What if sex is acceptable outside the marriage? What if someone would be no more likely to have sex outside than inside the marriage/relationship? How does anyone know how much greener the grass is on the other side of the fence?
At any rate, you asked ME, and MY answer is, yes. However, I reject that a sexless marriage = sexless life.
