I would be a kind cop, but I guess that would make me a bad cop
I used to have a neighbour from hell for a few years, and I must have called the police well over 50 times in those days. They sure are good to have around when you need them. The cops overhere don't nearly have the legal possibilities for action as they have in the states, so they often can't help out as good as I'd like them to be able to.
