I happen to agree with that DA. I think it should be regulated and each female should have to carry an updated health check card. It actually makes me mad on TV when the cops do 'stings' and arrest some female they propositioned in the first place. I have real issues with that. Then again, I live in a Navy town....where prostitution is much needed. There are LOTS of single young men here and they need the interaction...so to speak.
I don't know how I feel about lethal injection. It seems they make such a big dramatic deal over it. Why not give someone a shot to put them to sleep....and THEN start the injections? Then again, maybe it's the fear factor which deters furture criminals.
Remember when there seemed to be a young girl missing every month who was raped and killed until they put that A$$ in California to death for raping and killing that 11 year old girl in San Diegot? It changed the statistics dramatically. These guys now realized they weren't going to get a free ride in jail for the rest of their lives.....they were going to DIE! It sends a message.
