Well I accepted the position, I'll be gone in 2 weeks. Didn't get what I was asking for, but with bonuses I'll be sitting at just over 50k which I guess isn't too shabby for a single 26 yr old lol. They are also cutting me a cheque for 5000 for moving expenses / allowance, putting $500 back on my medical allowance and paying for my flights (should i need to make a return to calgary to clear up loose ends).

It's a good deal, Randy figures I will probably make manager in 5-6 years (which is amazing) and yeah...no where to go but up now.
