Thanks for giving me that link Luba, but because what I do is so specialized, you can't do any research like this. I believe there are only 5 companies in canada that do what I do....

I'm going to list the pro's and con's later today, another thing about toronto is that my sister lives there, and my parents live 3 hours away.

I have been going over in my head what I am worth to the company, and I believe if I ask for 38-40k, I will probably get it. I mean, my immediate bosses don't even know I was offered this position, it was the VP himself that made the decision...
