That made me laugh for two reasons...first my imagination seeing that in my mind!
Secondly, watching the English Comedy "Keeping Up Appearances" last evening when Hyacinthe Bucket (she pronounces it Bouquet) told her husband to put on a tie to go on a picnic. Another episode - he had to put on a tie to do some gardening....
