I don't have painted toenails, nor the desire, and neither has my wife, she doesn't wear any make up at all. So I never have painted her toenails, but I would definately do it for her if she asked me to since I have been cutting her toenails for years already
I even cut uhm, other stuff for her, as in help her shave, so a bit of nailpolish won't be a problem.
