I normally get a very basic pizza from the freezer in the supermarket, which would be like the US size small, but then 3 times as thin. Then at home I put some salami, unions, cheese and tomatoes on it and pop it in the oven.
If I want to enjoy a luxury pizza, then I make the whole thing myself, making the dough and all, fresh fruit and vegetables on it, make tomatosauce myself, and top it off with a nice layer of cheese. Only downside is I need to spend a big part of an afternoon in the kitchen ...
