I know that Simpson made this money up front but $600,000 US is peanuts considering the fortune he'd spent in legally defending himself for that 2 year stretch. Of course, that doesn't even include the damages he had to pay plus the fact that any career he had is now up in smoke. I personally don't know if he did kill them or not but regardless, he's not a free man anyway due to the continued scrutiny he's still (and always will be) under.
I very much do agree with Denise Brown however and think the Goldmans are no better that OJ. I realize they went through all this torment but it's the legal system that let them down and they should not profit further from Nicole's death. They could just as easily published the book online instead of make what will be a killing off book sales.
I'd have no issue with them publishing the book and donating a good portion of the proceeds to spousal abuse or something similar but for them to keep it is a crime; a crime against moral decency.
