Prerequisites:
- lifesupporters.com e-mail address (sorry but this has to be used for all team members). I believe using @lifesupporters.com will definitely help give the impression not only of professionalism but unified teamwork.
- quotas: this will be extremely lenient but there will be minimums required for all tiers. This is the only way I can see there being a clear understanding between myself and all Team Members.
- Team Leader: Merit based position off proven performance.
