Default Re: Everyone's talking Potter; last book out

ok i bought the book!

i have the entire collection and all of them bought on release date (didnt mean to just turned out that way)
my review:

I loved the first 3 books. fantastic family reads. The 4th i questioned, because J.K.Rowling has suffered from depression, and the 4th book almost seem to portray that. It was a lot more sinister and characters start to die off.

The 5th and 6th books i didn't really enjoy. they were no longer fun and seemed a bit too dark. I think now that adults were being to read the story, the author was leading more toward an adult type of read then for children.

im half way through the new book, and im really not enjoying it at all! The plot is dark, within the first few chapter people are being tortured and killed. so much for family friendly! the plot i way too fast paced and things seem to get muddled up, as if the author herself didn't know what she was writing.

I wouldn't reckon this book to anyone reading stories to children. it is defiantly aimed at an adult audience, sadly because the first books weren't, children will now be reading a dark and sinister story with a lot of their favorite characters being tortured to death.

Its a sad and disappointing way to end what started off to be, a amazing series of books.
A mere 4/10 from me.
