So...here it is again...
When you first face the mirror in the morning...what kind of expression looks back at you?
No matter what or how I look like upon getting up in the morning, I ALWAYS smile at my reflection and it instantly makes me feel better! I guess I have a healthy self-esteem...bottom line I think I'm a good person in a humble way!
We smile at other people, why don't people smile at their reflection?
If you don't do that, try it, you'll find you'll like it and it will change the course of your day!
