i do this often, my psychiatrist said its not good and called it "self starvation" it doesn't seem to effect me i guess "short term" but 5 years of it hasn't caused me many problems. its not so much that i hate my weight, im very very conscious of what i weigh, but mainly i just don't like eating, i like food, but i hate eating. :s
