I've seen mothers dragging their kids on the floors by the arm in public places and that makes me sick. I've spanked my kids when they were little so I do believe in a spanking if the kid needs one and if it sorks for the kid. Some kids, it doesn't work at all. What I don't believe in is spanking your kids in public places or in front of anyone else. This just degrades the child tremendously and will only make the child behave worse because of embarassement. I say remove the child from the public place then discipline them at home in private. Worked for me.
