Please,please please enlighten me!

I just hate it, I cannot stand it, I'm going out of my minds that every time I go shopping, whether it's food or clothes there's atleast one mother with her toddlers, and on of them is ALWAYS pourring his heart out. Screaming his loungs out!

What does the mom usually do? NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I feel like spanking the mom for not doing something about it. I know that if a baby wants to cry he'll cry and basta!

But not all the time.

Here it's like Dante's Inferno from this point of vue. Kids with their bellies uncovered, running noses and half a fist in their mouth..... Crying!

Jeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I'm talking malls as well as downtown shops too. They're everywhere. I think France has an explosive birth rate these days.
