I tape anything I really want to see and miss, and then I don't feel guilty watching them because I exercise the whole time I put them in the VCR; that way I'm losing weight and watching shows I love before work! Totally guilt-free way to watch Television shows...
The positive thing is that the weight isn't going off as fast as I would like, but I don't really care, just gives me more time to get in shape and watch more television shows...
