no, not at all.

there has been so much that's happened with her, where do i begin?

well, brooklyn was removed from her care by the children's aid and is now in a foster home. brooklyn's only 7 months old. she was apparently taken while krystal had a doctor's appointment with Brooklyn at the doctor's office. the doctor obviously had concerns.

brooklyn's going through some testing. she's epeleptic. she went for an EEG on the 15th. i don't know the results of that yet. and, she's really stiff so they suspect taht she may have either multiple sclerosys(SP?) or Cyribral palsy. she may not have any of those things but they are doing tests just to make sure.

Krystal and her idiot boyfriend won't give the children's aid permission for us to have visits with brooklyn so i don't get to see her at all. We'll have to go to court for visitations with her. but, our worker does bring her around once in awhile (she's not supposed to) so that i can see her which is very nice and appreciated.

Krystal got her money shortly after she turned 18 and spent it all in a matter of a week. we thought she was doing fine but when she got her money, she went nuts. she bought a 25,000.00 van that she can't drive because she's not licenced so it's in idiot's name, she bought him a huge tatto, clothes, you name it, she bought it for him. what did she get her kids? not a whole lot. she bought erika a snow suit, hat, mittens, an outfit and 3 pairs of pajamas. she didn't put any of that money aside for her kid's future. it's all gone.

so, she now sees her kids at the children's aid building twice a week. she was seeing them for 2 hours on tuesdays and thursdays but a couple weeks ago, she requested that visits be only an hour for each day.

kass's dog ran away and ended up at the humain society. kass asked krystal if she could go pick him up for her (I wasn't getting paid for a couple days and couldn't at that time). she did but then she held the dog hostage and wouldn't give him back to kass. her reason? we're keeping erika so she'll keep mickey. we did get the dog back after i gave her the 50.00 bucks but her cruelty is unbelievable!

with all of this going on, my job, hubby getting ready for his surgery on the 19th of december, i don't have much time for anything these days. needless to say that krystal is now our estranged daughter. i've just had enough. she's 18 now and she continues to make the wrong choices. bad altering her life choices. no matter how many of us talk to her and try to put some sense into her head, she doesn't listen to anyone but that idiot. so, we've pulled ourselves away from her. until she's grown up and proves that she's got her priorities straight, i won't have anything to do with her. might sound cruel as a mother but i think i have no other choice but to do that with her. my saving her days are over.

what keeps me going is knowing that one day, she will mature and get her life together and on the right path.
