Re: cheap divorce
I don't know much about divorce since there haven't been any in my family at all but, the lawyerless thing concerns me to great lengths because i'm wondering how "legal" everything will be in reference to child support and visitation rights. is this done in court? will there be legal papers drawn up for child support, custody of the child and visitation rights?
it might be amicable now but later on it might not be and without the legal papers, then that would be red tape to have to go through. Like i said, i don't know much about all this divorce stuff so perhaps my concerns are meaningless?
