Heard that one before. I even experienced: "There is a sheep on the railway track." But that one was actually true. The conductor had to get out of the train, and get the sheep from the track. It was his lucky day: it was NOT a ram,

Technically speaking, if it gets extremely hot , the iron of the railway track in many countries here, may expand so much, and in somewhat irregular ways, making the track temporarily unusable for trains.
