Give Your eyes a break

David Lewis, Ph.D., a research psychologist in Great Britain and author of Stress for Success recommends this easy yoga technique to soothe and revive tired-out eyes.
Eyes closed, rub palms of your hands together rapidly until very warm. Then cup your hands over your eyes, letting them absorb the heat. When it dissipates, slowly bring your palms down over your cheeks until fingertips reach your closed eyelids, then very gently massage them.
