I totally disagree with parents supplying their teens with condoms unless their teens are sexually active of course. I would never give my 14 year a box of condoms now because that would be like telling her it's okay to go out and have sex. when the time comes that she wants to or thinking about it though, i'd have no problems giving her a box of condoms for protection.
