With the possession of 200 nukes of its own, Israel can defend itself quite well. The whole treaty thingy Iran gets bashed for is not signed by the US, Israel, or Iran. So that makes perfectly no sense, as both the US and Israel have a few nukes of their own.
Where are the international inspectors in the US and Israel, if non-signatories of the treaty apparently must be evil for not complying with a treaty they did not sign? This brilliant argument has been made by US State officials - but the same argument cannot be applied to the US - for not signing the treaty! Can someone point out the logic in that?
In fact, when signing that treaty Iran should be granted the right to develop nuclear energy, as per the terms of the treaty (I can't help it - those terms prevent Europe the possibility to identify rogue states such as the Netherlands and Belgium, for having developed nuclear energy). However, neither Europe, Israel, or the US is interested in allowing Iran to get what it would be entitled to by international law.
Hypocrites! I wish we could send our Prime Minister to Afghanistan to let him do some peace-keeping, in the middle of a civil war.
