Essentially, all we're trying to gather is the relevant info. that lead up to the battle we'll be covering, the battle itself (in as much detail as possible) and the result.

There are many aspects that we won't be able to cover ingame so we'll need things such as:

- actual political images, facts, dates, etc.
- direct quotes (the more famous the better)
- layout of battle area/areas to be filmed (crucial)
- any indirect factors that influenced battle such as military shuffling, weather, seasonal, trade embargo, propaganda.
- war posters, propaganda prints, radio clips, and general media
- whatever else you can think of

Right now this is a general guideline and is by no means written in stone. There are literally hundreds of issues we'll run into when creating these films so it may get frustrating at times but we are also very limited by software at present. Once we grow, we should be able to entice a few coders, mappers, model makers, and skinners to join out team, which will help when using the games to film.

All historical documentation will be discussed onsite in a hidden forum (that you will have complete access to) and the discussions will lead to a "rough in" on the actual movie script for which you will also be credited.

There are way too many details that will spawn from this topic so this really is meant to give interested parties an idea of what the job means today. It will change I'm sure as we all settle into our prospective rolls in creating these movies.

I'm looking to turn out 2 movies this year. The first is a "Teaser Trailer" advertising the upcoming movie and the last is the actual film. I'd love to have the "Feature Film" ready for release a few weeks prior to Christmas if possible.

A few things to consider is this:

- As of a few years ago, gaming was as big as the movie industry, now it is likely larger.
- There are very few resources online for game movie making; we hope to be definitive, all encompassing, and helpful
- Gaming has a larger audience in males from late teens to early thirties than Prime Time Television
- Game movies make it all over the net in little to no time and if our features are quality (as they will be), we will experience a growth explosion on the teaser alone.
