subSilver is the forum theme, there isn't a single "site" theme called subSilver.
I think I'll have to eliminate the options because they were there only for testing purposes, at no time were any of them meant to be site themes. The only other one that could be used was a Christmas Theme (I forget which) but you'll notice none of the others have all the graphics available on them.
