That is exactly what is NOT going to happen.
It is more a form of population control than anything else, IMO. Of course if people don't believe in pre-marital sex, that is fine. With all kinds of birth-control available (and even a technique available which allows for intercourse for most of the time, without medicinal, hormonal protection, nor condoms), the only advantage might be the spiritual one. But you can just as easily argue that the advantage is non-existent. And some people don't even care about that aspect.
