Over here we have hundred different kinds of beers. Amstel, Heineken, Grolsch are probably the most well known internationally. And of course a lot of lesser known beers, which are produced in very limited quantities, so you will have an extremely hard time to find them outside of the region where these beers are made.
It is weird. When I was in SA, Dutch beer was a lot cheaper there, than in the Netherlands itself. Luckily I do not drink beer at all anymore - I can't handle it very well.
Does the dog really like the beer? Perhaps your Pit Bull can decide which of the beers is the least terrible of the Dutch ones
