laughing is the best medicine for de-stressing. you have to laugh.
One thing that i do when i feel down is try and think of the good things i have in my life. One thing I've learned in my life is that everyone has a story, everyone's life sux to a point. it could always be worse. I've trained myself to look at the upside of things rather then the downside. "turn that frown upside down" so to speak. it works for me.
