I am such a morning person and hate to miss any of it!!! Even on weekends!!!

...Stems from childhood when we had to get up to keep the old woodstove going and making tea! One of my favourite memories of childhood...I know if I sleep in, my day just isn't as "charged up" as it is when I get a good, early start...
Another thing I also do for my body is take a multiple vitamin and calcium, seems to help, too.
