Man....I was working for British Airways on 9/11. Due to the emergency...they called everyone in. The tough part was dealing with planes that we didn't know where they had ended up landing since our airports were closed. Imagine being the parent of a minor and not knowing where your child was at in the world????? Especially with the situation at hand. I worked for 12 hours solid and could only cry with parents. Canada, Iceland and the RedCross saved us. They were AWESOME......and I will never get to a place in my life of forgetting that.
