Not the greatest of circumstances - but at least Noah is enjoying himself for now.

Hopefully Greg is not drinking too much, or being irresponsible in other areas of his life. Sadly manic people have a tendency to behave in that way.
If Greg is reverting back to his old behavior, you simply must take a look at the relationship, and question if you are willing to keep living on like this. And put Noah and Ally through a large number of years, wherein the person they see as their dad, behave in such a bizarre way.

I hope you can come through this, and get a stable life real soon, Stone. You deserve that.
