That's so NOT true in France.

With 150.000 E you only can get a 50mÃÂ² appartment at the outskirts of Paris. IF you negociate well, otherwise you get it at 170.000. NOT NEW!

I was reading an article about vacation houses (around 100mÃÂ² or more, depending on where the location) to buy in the countryside with 200.000 E, but who needed painting and mending - otherwise said, add 40-60. 000 E more.

I won't start talking about milk or eggs or medium income :x !
